1. An employee tested positive for COVID-19, management did not notify anyone, leading to the whole staff being exposed to COVID-19 and five of which have tested positive for COVID-19 and potentially more. 2. Multiple cooks tested positive for COVID-19 and were sent home to quarantine. 3. The whole staff has been exposed to COVID-19 due to never closing the business to have employees get COVID-19 tests.
