1. 5 out of 20 employees currently have COVID-19. They work in the bar, serving bowlers at the lanes, or work at the front counter dealing directly with bowlers. 2. The management just started taking temperatures again on Monday, March 29 at the request of a league officer but is not questioning anyone about their health, including employees. 3. There is hand sanitizer at various locations and some kind of disinfectant being sprayed at night, but employees don't know how often. 4.
