Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Jackson Dawson, 1 Parklane Boulevard, DEARBORN, MI, 48124, USA

4 years ago business

1 Park Lane Boulevard, Dearborn, 48126 Michigan, United States

. It is required that we wear masks with at least two layers of protection. However, that is no help when the call center individuals feel as though they need to take their masks off to make a phone call. Some managers are telling employees that they do not have to wear a mask when they are sitting at their desks even though they are in a shared workspace. 2. There are no sneeze guards or anything of that nature up for protection. 3. Individuals are sitting in cubicles with one cubicle in between each person. 4. The CDC has said, being six feet apart doesn't really matter if the area is not well ventilated. This is an older building, so the ventilation does not work as well as it could with filtering out all of the particles. The windows cannot be opened in this building either. The company has not provided any alternative air filtration systems to filter the air in these areas. 5. Employees were working from home but are now required to work in the office one day a week (Mondays).
