Regulatory Report
1309 Sheldon Road, Grand Haven, 49417 Michigan, United States
1) In the ambulance garage, the shorline cords for the ambulances are hardwired directly to junction boxes, but spring loaded. They could cause electrocution, mechanical injury, or fire. 2) The hospital is only giving ambulance personnel one N95 respirator that is cleaned ten times prior to replacement. The cleaning process takes three days, so personnel aren't turning in their respirators for cleaning after contact with each known Covid-19 infected patient, and using the same respirator, without cleaning, on more than five patients. 3) The employer is not ensuring crews are disinfecting the ambulances at the beginning or end of their shifts. 4) The employer isn't allowing ample time for cleaning the ambulance and equipment between calls.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
