1490 North Leroy Street, Fenton, 48430 Michigan, United States

1. The club (located at 1490 N. Leroy St.) is not following the guidelines stated in the Executive Order regarding COVID 19. Employees are not given/provided with face mask or gloves. Social distancing is not being required and employees are told not to enforce social distancing and to allow the customers to sit wherever they want. There isn't any sanitizing/cleaning being done in between customers. There isn't a barrier between the bartender and the customer. The hand sanitizer the managers provided is made from tequila that is only 35-40% alcohol. Whenever employees bring up concerns or issues we have regarding the Executive Order not being followed by the bar, we are told the bar is a "private club" therefore don't have to follow the order. There has been several customers who have admitted to having COVID 19 and/or been in contact with someone who's had it yet they are still allowed in the bar without a face mask.
