Company has failed to enforce mask requirements in many office areas. Company failed to require quarantining for at least 4 employees with known exposure to a COVID-19 positive co-worker putting all employees at risk. Employees were not informed of exposure except by affected employee, when employees raised questions to Human Resources for next steps after being exposed without mask, less than 6 feet apart for more than 15 minutes, employees were told that it was up to them what they wanted to do in violation of guidance and state requirements.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-08
