Employer refuses to get plexiglass shields to protect employees from covid 19. We are required to have guests drop/lower masks (for ID purposes) and we are not even 6 feet apart. The company is already having a outbreak in covid-19 cases with no changes coming. Also the company allows guest to smoke and drink on the casino floor and when they do they are not required to keep their face covered, which exposes employees even more. The company policy is that no one can walk around without a mask on but it IS NOT enforced. Guests are freely waking around without any facial coverings, employees are fed up be we are met with 'nothing is going to change' from upper management.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-03
