1. Employees have been using the same N-95 since March. 2. Employees who are working in the "Quarantine" room (designated room for patients exhibiting signs of COVID-19) have to share the same PAPR. 3. There are not enough cleaning supplies readily available in the "Quarantine" room. 4. Housekeepers who clean the "Quarantine" room are exposed to potential COVD-19. 5. The employer is not providing adequate personal protective equipment (PPE). 6. Employees sharing offices are not wearing masks and are not six feet apart. 7.
