1. The employer does not provide janitorial services for the facility. Garbage cans are overflowing and restrooms are dirty. 2. There are not always soap or paper towels in the restrooms for employees to wash their hands. 3. Personal protective equipment is not always in a location where employees can find it when needed. Recently someone put the face masks in the postmaster's office. 4. The employer does not enforce mask use in the building. Some employees have not worn face masks during the last year of the COVID-19 pandemic.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 18
