1. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that personal protective equipment ( face masks) are provided at no charge to each employee on a daily basis.The employer does not ensure that all employees including managers wear a face mask continuously throughout their entire work shift. The employer does not ensure that all employees are informed when other employees are confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that contact tracing is done after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that social distancing is practiced in the kitchen and counter areas of the facility as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive.
