The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding maintaining 6 feet of social distancing. Employees are exposed to fall hazards when retrieving items from the racks due to climbing on the racks. Employees are also exposed to falling object hazards when retrieving items off the top tier of the racks due to lack of accessibility. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.28 8.
