The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding wearing face masks. Employees are not wearing face masks at the establishment potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19. The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding maintaining 6 feet of social distancing. Employees are exposed to fall hazards when retrieving items from the racks due to climbing on the racks. Employees are exposed to collapsing hazards due to storage racks not being secured.
