1. There is a potential outbreak of COVID-19 and employees are not being notified. Some of the employees in the office area recently tested positive for the virus and other employees were around them and could have been exposed. 2. Face masks are not provided to employees. 3. The employer is not cleaning the area. 4. Social distancing is not being practiced. 5. Due to the employer not paying employees when they are out on quarantine for the virus, employees come into work after being exposed.
