1. At the U.S.P.S. Seminole Processing and Distribution Center, the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, specifically, the CDC Guidance for Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019, in that the employer does not perform cleaning and disinfection after persons suspected/confirmed to have COVID-19 have been in the facility. 2. At the U.S.P.S. Seminole Processing and Distribution Center, the employer is not following Presidential Executive Order 13991 on Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing or CDC guidelines, to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, specifically, the employer is not complying with CDC guidelines to include wearing masks when around others, maintaining physical distance, and other applicable public health measures.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-02
