The employer is not following the CDC guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, when allowing employees who have been exposed to the virus from others, to return to work before the recommended Quarantine periods 14 days (or "shortened quarantine options" of 7 or 10 days) have been completed after the employee's last contact with a person who has COVID-19.
