1. Employees are exposed to health hazards from the COVID-19 virus in that the employer does not require employees to wear masks per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 2. The employer failed to inform employees that they have worked with employee(s) who were sick with COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) within the facility as in accordance to CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 3.
