Social distancing is not maintained at the location. b. Masks or face covering are not used systematically by employees and management. c. Employees showing symptoms of COVID-19 are not quarantined or are discourage to quarantine. d. Contact tracing is not done with employees potentially exposed to COVID-19 positive cases. 2.
