1. Employees were not notified of a positive case to COVID 19 in the work area. The COVID Protocol is not being complied with. 19 2. On March 10, face-to-face meeting was convened, where a maximum of 25 people were allowed in the premises, without taking the necessary physical distancing measures, nor was the COVID 19 protocol complied with. During this activity, there was a sharing among employees, where snacks were offered, promoting that employees had to remove the mask without physical distancing to ingest them. 3. In addition, in this activity, an employee who should be quarantined was present, waiting for the results of her test, after the employee was in direct contact with COVID-19 positive patient. After the meeting, the employee was notified that her test was positive, and she was still allowed access to the workspace to deliver documents. Manager and other office employees, do not use the mask or use it on the chin.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 25
