Employees are exposed to the hazards associated with COVID 19 at 146 West Boylston Suite 203 due to: 1. Employer has not implemented an infection control plan which includes but is not limited to ensuring that employees, staff and patients maintain social distancing within the office and in instances where social distancing is not practical, employees, staff and patients are required to wear face coverings. 2. Employer has not provided for a barrier at the receptionist station where employees and patrons frequently engage in conversations without face coverings or social distancing. 3. Employer has not provided hand sanitizer in instances where employees do have means to access hand washing facilities frequently during their shift. 4. Employer has not enacted a cleaning schedule which allows for frequently used of touched areas to be effectively cleaned routinely.
