1) Not all employees and supervisors are wearing mask or wearing them properly. 2) Employees who have been close contacts to a COVID-10 positive person, have been allowed to come into work prior to the required minimum seven day quarantine time period (with a negative test at least five days from the exposure). 3) The shop is not maintained in a sanitary manner. There is trash and debris throughout work areas. 4) Safety data sheets are not readily available during all work shifts. They are locked in an office at end of day shift. 5) Vehicle exhaust hoses are not operational exposing employees to diesel exhaust. 6) Employer is permitted smoking of cigarettes inside of the work place. 7) There are no tags and or locks available to put equipment out of service. 8) Lights inside of mechanic pits are not operational.Alleged Hazards: 8, Employees Exposed: 25
