1) Boxes that are not on pallets are placed on the storage racks, and the boxes have potential to fall. 2) Boxes are on broken pallets, and nails are left on the floor, and these boxes have potential to fall. 3) Workers who have tested positive for covid-19 do not get tested before returning to work, and worker who have covid-19 symptoms do not get tested. Employer is not ensuring employee follow current quarantine, isolation, testing, and return to work guidelines/ 4) Workers who move furniture are not trained and are not provided shoulder straps for moving the furniture exposing them to musculoskeletal injuries.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 25
