Plans are being made to take in COVID-19 positive patients and a COVID-19 plan has not been shared with employees to ensure protection are put in place to help minimize spread of COVID-19. Rooms with enhanced ventilation have not been set up for COVID-19 positive patients. Employees who will work and provide care to COVID-19 suspected and confirmed patients have not been medically evaluated and fit- tested for N95 of higher levels of respirators that will be required to be worn. Routine testing of resident and staff is not being conducted to help minimize spread of COVID-19. No plans in place to ensure increased cleaning and dis-infecting of surfaces. No plans on how COVID-19 patients will be transported in elevators in close proximity to employees.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 50
