The employer does not have a COVID-19 Response Plan to prevent the spread in the workplace. Employees are not wearing masks in the workplace to prevent the spread of the virus. The employer has a showroom receptionist who never wears a mask. Management does not enforce mask usage while employees work. The employer's Human Resources' professional recently tested positive for COVID and returned to work without quarantine as per CDC guidance.
