1. Since the beginning of the pandemic some employees have, at times, worked completely remotely as well as working a combination of remote/office, based on the current Covid conditions. The majority of what employees do can be done from anywhere and their presence in the community is unnecessary except for infrequent duties. Employees have managed this well up until this point. However, effective 1/19/21, the department is required to work full time at the community. This is in direct contradiction with the current orders requiring anyone that can work remotely to do so. 2. Employees in the office area share equipment with no cleaning protocol or written safety policies.
