'- An employee tested positive for covid-19 and employees were not informed. Employees learned about the situation from a coworker who works directly with the employee who tested positive. - Another coworker worked with the employee who tested positive for more than three hours last weekend. This coworker asked if he should leave work and get tested before returning to work. He was told to remain at work and just monitor his symptoms. - Employer claims the positive case has not been officially reported to them. -- Employee claims the positive case was reported to supervisor, who immediately reported it to the Store Director on June 25th.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-06-26
