1. Employees and managers are walking around with no masks. At this time no one is stopping this practice exposing the rest of the employees to potential exposure to COVID-19. 2. They are allowing 14 employees to work in offices without maintaining social distancing and adequate ventilation. 3. Because some employees and managers are not wearing masks employees have asked if they could wear a faceshield over their masks to protect themselves and have been told by management that this is not allowed. 4. On certain shifts safety service talks have not bee conducted in over three months.
