(1)A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. The employer did not inform employees working in direct contact with COVID-19 positive employee. The employer does not require employees to wear a mask properly at all times. The employer is not quarantining employees who tested positive for COVID-19, and the employer is forcing COVID-19 positive employees to come to work.

I see he scammed a few other people too . Would like to have my money back.
