1. Last week an employee contracted COVID-19 while at work. The employer did not inform fellow coworkers of their potential exposure to the virus. 2. The employer has no procedures in place to identify who worked with the infected employee, and how to address employees who are now experiencing COVID related symptoms. 3. The employer was aware of an employee who was diagnosed with COVID-19 and the employer did not clean and disinfect the workplace to prevent further spreading of the virus. 4. The employer is not enforcing the use of face coverings in the workplace. Many employees are observed with face coverings under their nose, or at times not wearing them at all.
