1. Employees enter homes and businesses without any company guidance other than business as usual. 2. Employees were given PPE (disposable masks x 5 & hand wash) for the virus protection at the beginning of March 2020, nothing since, and no mention of this still being of any concern. 3. There are no rules for customers to wear anything when employees enter their homes. 4. Many of the employees do nothing to protect themselves from exposure all day long. 5. Employees have been instructed to request residents to wear a mask but if they refuse, then enter the building anyway. 6.
