Regulatory Report
345 East 48th Street, Holland, 49423 Michigan, United States
1. Many instances of dangerous working from heights. 2. One employee did not follow proper lock-out tag-out procedure and got his hand stuck in a machine. The employee had to be taken to the hospital and ironically also tested positive for COVID-19. 3. Employees are required to work in close contact with employees known to have tested positive. 4. The company allows 2 weeks of paid leave for potential illness, however, once used, and proven not sick, an employee came back to work, got sick (tested positive for COVID-19), but refused to stay home since leave was used, infecting others. 5. No physical barriers. Open work environment. 6. Face coverings are not required. Although MIOSHA states mandatory masks, very few people actually wear them. 7. Many contractors on-site with absolutely no requirement for face masks or social distancing. 8. No change in physical space between employees or visitors. Still allowing plant tours to outsiders. 9. No flexible work hours. Working from home is highly discouraged.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-19
