1. After each call or 12 hour shift the crews are to clean the ambulances in accordance with CDC and Health Department guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic. This has not being done on a regular basis. 2. Each crew comes in, gives the paperwork to the dispatcher along with the required equipment and signs these back in. The majority of the crews are not cleaning or decontaminating the the patient compartment before or after ambulance transport or after the completed shifts.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-14
