1. TH Plastic is not following the stay safe at workplace guidelines for Covid-19. I talked directly to HR about not being well, with chest symptoms and cough. I was told to come in or get pointed. 2. I raised concerns about people not wearing masks properly and they said (i.e. HR) they can't enforce it, only highly suggest they employee wear face masks. I told them of a quality person who wears their mask incorrectly. They didn't seem to care. 3. TH Plastics are not having us fill out any questions as employee enter the work facility and they are allowing people with symptoms of Covid-19 to work. 4. Some employees are allowed to stay home with symptoms while others are being forced to work or lose their job. 5. They have notices up at the plant, but apparently only for looks because they are not following them or the Governor's executive orders. HR told me they are exempt from the COVID-19 rules because they are too big.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-19
