1. Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: a) Exam rooms are not sanitized between patients; b) At least one employee was at work with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection, and later tested positive for the virus. 2. Sharps containers are not provided in all areas where needles are used and are left on trays to be disposed at a later time. 3.
