Located at Burger King where an employee has tested positive, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace in that: 1. Employees are not informed when they have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive employee 2. Cleaning activities are not conducted in areas were COVID-19 positive employees have worked prior to allowing other employee access to those areas 3.
