'- There is a refusal from management to enforce mask wearing and social distancing mandate. On March 3rd Tour 1 supervisor was in a group with 5 employees and one of the individuals was not wearing a mask and nothing was done to correct the behavior. On the same day around 5am in the new break area at 2 tables were groups of 3 to 4 employees and they were not social distancing or wearing masks. On March 4th the main employee entrance a manager was not wearing a mask and walked through the building. This behavior can affect several hundred employees if there is a outbreak of covid within the plant.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
