1. Employees were exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 due to the lack of contract-tracing. Many employees are out sick due to COVID, and employees are not being notified about their possible exposure. When the management informs them about a fellow employee being sick due to COVID, they say in a generic form "somebody is out sick due to COVID". There are several floors, equipment areas, and tours; employees are not given proper information to make an informed decision about their health status. 2. Employees were exposed to health hazard related to COVID-19 because they are not provided sanitizing wipes or solution in the following areas: Breakrooms, locker rooms, and cafeteria. There are paper towels available in cafeteria but no disinfecting/ sanitizing spray was made available to them.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 50
