1. The employees' restroom is rarely attended to, there was hair and stained spots on the toilet. The customer's restroom is a "Pull" door to exit, there's no paper towel (instead there's a hand dry/blower), leaving customers and employees to touch the handle before leaving. 2. There's a sign on the window that says "Inside dining is for pick up orders/doordash", but there's still walk-ins from regular customers. 3. Lastly, there's a daily sign-in sheet (signature required) agreeing that you have not been exposed to Covid or anyone who may have been, no one signs the sheet.
