1. Employees / Management are not following Covid-19 safety procedures. They are required to wear face masks during their shift, however not everyone is wearing masks, or they are wearing them incorrectly. 2. No precautions are being taken when stocking products on shelves such as using gloves or sanitizing beforehand. 3. Only a brief health screening before beginning of shifts which management speeds through the questions with some employees not always answering truthfully. 4.
