Regulatory Report

323 South Co Road 300 West, Frankfort, 46041 Indiana, United States

There are several confirmed employees cases of coronavirus, including maintenance workers that have been around and exposed several other employees. They have people who take temperatures, but the thermometers do not read properly and are not accurate. They do have masks and gloves there, but it is the employee's choice if they want to wear masks or not. They claimed that they had a third party company come in and clean Sunday 4/26/2020 night, but it was only closed Monday 4/27/2020 for 24 hours. The employees send and receive back boxes that they re-use when they are returned from other stores. The employees are using the same scanners, the same time clocks, the same equipment. They are just wiping off door knobs. They are not taking the precautions that they need to for coronavirus. There are over 1,000 employees at the plant. They do not have a choice but to work on top of one another, it is a factory. The entire factory is working. Both plants have had positive cases.
