Employees working out of the facility at 357 Electric Avenue Lunenburg, MA are exposed to hazards associated with COVID 19 due to: 1. Employer has not implemented or enforced an effective infection control plan which includes social distancing, when possible, wearing of face coverings and immediate removal form work when a worker expresses concerns with or displays signs of illness. 2. Employer is not enforcing the wearing of face coverings while employees are working in close proximity to each other in situations such as but not limited to traveling in the same vehicle together. 3. Employer has not effectively trained employees in the signs and symptoms of COVID 19 infection and means and methods to minimize its spread.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
