On the first and second shifts: 1. Employees working in close proximity to each other, in areas such as, but not limited to, workstations and lunch rooms, are not practicing social distancing in accordance with CDC Guidelines when working and moving throughout the facility. Allegedly, during shift changes there is a bottle neck effect that is occurring causing crowding of the employees and reducing the distancing space. 2. Within the facility, at least two (2) employee has tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the employer is not following the current CDC Guidelines, such as but not limited to, the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is alleged that employees who tested positive, worked most of the shift before being sent home, the work stations were not sanitized and disinfected for the next shift, employees who have come in close contact with COVID-19 positive staff are not informed in a timely manner and/or not informed. 3. Staff, including managers, shift managers, and lead persons, are not trained to follow the CDC Guidelines protocols after a potential exposure. 4. Proper disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guidelines. These areas include, but are limited to, high touch areas, offices, restrooms, common areas, workstations, and tools. 5. Employees, are working in close proximity to other employees, and are not practicing social distancing (6 feet distancing) in accordance with CDC Guidelines when working and moving throughout the facility.Alleged Hazards: 10, Employees Exposed: 50
