The facility does not require employees to wear face masks in enclosed work spaces and management does not provide any PPE that should be available like gloves, hand sanitizer, disposable face masks etc.There has been a positive COVID-19 test result from an employee that is now at home quarantining, the exposed employees have not been informed by their manager and the facility has not been cleaned since.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 10
