1.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees testing the positive at the workplace. Employees continue to test positive for COVID-19 and the employer has not deep cleaned or disinfected facility. 2.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Carts, baskets and registers are not being sanitized after use. 3. Soap dispensers are not being refilled in the employee break room and restrooms. 4.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. 5.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment.
