1. One employee received an eye injury while using the incorrect cleaner which was provided for cleaning COVID-19 by the Districts third-party custodial company. 2. Staff is not provided with any protective eye-wear such as goggles when wiping down work surfaces with cleaning chemicals. 3. Staff has not been trained on the hazards of the cleaning chemicals. 4.
