1. Multiple workers are working in one office. No staggered work schedules or working from home. 2. There is a tight hold on PPE and there are sometimes days the department is out of sanitizer, gloves, disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes. 3. There was a confirmed case that employees were only made aware because the individual told their supervisor. Those charged with informing employees of confirmed cases did not feel that their department needed to be informed or quarantined despite the fact that the individual visits their department. 4. Employees have to enter through one door which may increase the amount of contact if someone infected entered the building. 5.
