'- A resident has tested positive for Covid-19 and the company has failed to inform employees. As a result two other individuals became very sick. The company refused to take them for testing. A resident became hospitalized due to a broken hip and was tested at the hospital which resulted positive. - Employer is allowing very ill employees to continue to work. - Employer is not providing employees with any PPE. - Client homes are not being properly sanitized. - The company refuses to get staff tested including staff that are displaying Covid-19 symptoms.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-07
