The floor is short-staffed and having difficulty maintaining the COVID-19 guidelines while providing customer service. There are not proper procedures and policies in place for COVID-19. They are still allowing guests to bring in outside food and beverages. Guests are leaving food and garbage on the floor. They do not have enough staff to clean it up. They are allowing smoking on the casino floor. There are people spitting in the ashtrays, the ashtrays are full, and guest are moving them around the casino. It is hard to keep track of which ashtrays have been cleaned and which ones have not been cleaned. They are not cleaning off the machines between each guest use, several guests will use the machines between cleanings. They are not enforcing social distancing between employees and guests.
