1. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer is not implementing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines including telling employees to unmask when approaching and talking to supervisors and managers. Location: Throughout the facility 2. Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that there is boxes and equipment blocking exits and hallways. Location: Clubhouse 3. Employees are exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer does not provide hazard communication program training to employees who use pesticide and herbicides at the facility. Location: Throughout the facility 4. Employees are exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer does not provide proper storage and MSDS for chemicals being used and stored at the facility to include but not limited to paint, herbicides, pesticides and cleaning agents. Location: Throughout the facility 5. Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that there is tools, equipment, wood and cords on the maintenance shop floor. Location: Maintenance Shop 6. Employees are exposed to safety hazards, in that the employer requires employees to do electrical work that they are untrained an uncertified to complete, such as rewiring outside light fixtures and repairs of industrial kitchen equipment. Location: Clubhouse and Outside on the facility grounds 7. Employees are exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer requires employees to use aerial lift without providing training and body harness or restraining belt with a lanyard. Location: Outside on the facility grounds 8. Employees are exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer requires employees to climb on metal roof without providing proper equipment and training.
