Located at Priority Chevrolet Chesapeake where 30-40 employees have tested positive with the last two months, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace in that: 1. The employer is not following the guidelines/requirements of the Virginia Emergency Temporary Standard 2. Employees are not informed when they have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive employee 3. Customer are not informed when they have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive employee 4. Cleaning activities are not conducted in areas were COVID-19 positive employees have worked prior to allowing other employee access to those areas 5. Located in the Tower (managerial office), four managers are within 2 feet of each other sharing a desk without wearing face coverings 6. A management employee continued to work with the knowledge they were displaying COVID-19 symptoms (Manager later tested positive) 7. Priority Chevrolet Chesapeake has not notified VDH of their COVID-19 positive employees 8. Priority Chevrolet Chesapeake has not notified the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry of three or more COVID-19 positive employees tested within a 14-day period
