The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) After an employee tested positive for COVID-19, the facility was not cleaned and disinfected. b) The wearing of face masks/covering is not enforced. c) Administrative and work practice controls are not in place to prescreen or survey employees prior to the commencement of work. d) Social distancing is not being enforced. e) Meetings/gatherings/activities are being held where employees are less than 6 feet apart and unable to socially distance. f) Employees were not informed of COVID positive cases within 24 hours. I received a pkg with 2 sleep apnea chin straps that do not fit me. I looked at these on line but do not recall ordering them. There is no packing slip of any description.

I do look at them but have no record of actually ordering these.no packing slip.how do i return these.

Bought a suit jacket that was supposed to be white with leather tooling on the lapel and when i received it, it was gray with a half assed screen print of leather on the lapel. Totally cheap and not worth the money I paid. Looks like a kindergartner mad
