The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) After an employee tested positive for COVID-19, the facility was not cleaned and disinfected. b) The wearing of face masks/covering is not enforced. c) Administrative and work practice controls are not in place to prescreen or survey employees prior to the commencement of work. d) Social distancing is not being enforced. e) Meetings/gatherings/activities are being held where employees are less than 6 feet apart and unable to socially distance. f) Employees were not informed of COVID positive cases within 24 hours.
