Alleged Hazards: - Improper and/or lack of quantities: PPE, including properly fitting masks, limited to one per day per employee, properly fitting/performing face shields, not knowing where to locate or who to ask to receive additional PPE or being told they cannot have the PPE requested, or requests being ignored. - No site specific safety plans and COVID protocols. - No safety committee - Students wearing ill-fitting face coverings - Children with COVID symptoms are being sent back to the classroom when the teacher sends them to the office for evaluation with office staff saying they are fine - The school nurse is only on staff one day a week when the students are in class four days a week - Teachers are being spit on, climbed on, masks ripped off, peed on and other unsafe behaviors - Employees were not trained properly prior to reopening the school - The schools are not being properly sanitizedSource: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-25
